Organic MCT Oil is sourced from 100% organic coconut and certified by the Soil Association. Once harvested the coconuts go through a gentle steam distillation process to extract the medium chain triglycerides which have shown in research to benefit a number of health areas. The delicate oil provides a blend of medium chain triglycerides which are a form of highly digestible oil.

MCT oil consists of four medium chain triglycerides; C6 (caproic acid), C8 (caprylic acid), C10 (capric acid) and C12 (Lauric acid). The C8 and C10 carbon chains have been highly researched and concluded to be the most nutritional forms.
