Shipping – The Garden Apothecary
We pack and send every order with care from our shop in Todmorden, aiming to get your parcel to you smoothly and without fuss.
📦 Processing Your Order
Orders are usually packed and dispatched within 1–2 working days (Monday–Friday).
Orders placed after 2pm or over the weekend will be picked up the next working day. During busier periods, it may take a little longer, but we’ll always keep things moving as best we can.
🚚 UK Delivery
We offer a couple of simple delivery options at checkout:

Standard Delivery (usually 2–4 working days)

Express Delivery (usually 1–2 working days)
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order.
📍 Local Collection (Todmorden)
If you’re nearby, you’re very welcome to collect from the shop.
Just select local collection at checkout and we’ll let you know when your order is ready.
🌍 International Orders
We do offer limited international shipping, however:
Due to current EU import regulations and customs handling, parcels sent into Europe may be subject to additional charges, delays, or handling fees once they arrive in the destination country.
These charges are set by local authorities and are unfortunately outside of our control.
For this reason, we recommend being mindful when ordering internationally, as unexpected fees can sometimes apply.
