Natures Aid SleepEezy is a traditional herbal medicine for temporary relief of sleep disturbances associated with mild anxiety. Its indication is based on traditional use.
Each tablet contains 150mg valerian root dry extract, equivalent to 750–900mg root. Suitable for vegans.
Use: For adults aged 18 and over; follow the enclosed leaflet's bedtime dose. The manufacturer advises continuous use for two to four weeks, rather than expecting an immediate effect.
Warnings: Do not use during pregnancy or breastfeeding or alongside another sleep or anxiety medicine. It can cause sleepiness or dizziness; do not drive or operate machinery if affected. Contains glucose: ask your doctor before use with diabetes. Possible effects include nausea and abdominal cramps. Seek medical advice if symptoms worsen or remain after four weeks.
Before use: Read the enclosed patient leaflet, including all contraindications, interactions and possible side effects. Follow the pack instructions and expiry date. Store medicines where children cannot see or access them.

Each tablet contains 150mg of extract (as dry extract) from Valerian root (Valeriana officinalis L). Equivalent to 750 – 900mg of Valerian root. Extraction solvent: Ethanol 70% v/v. It also contains other, non-active, ingredients. These ingredients are: calcium hydrogen phosphate; microcrystalline cellulose; colloidal silicon dioxide; croscarmellose sodium; magnesium stearate; lecithin; dextrose monohydrate; sodium citrate; dextrin.

Directions
For oral use only. Adults and the elderly, take 1-2 tablets half an hour before bedtime. If necessary, an additional tablet can be taken earlier in the evening. Take continuously for 2-4 weeks. Warning: Do not exceed the stated dose.
SleepEezy is suitable for anyone over the age of 18, looking for a traditional herbal remedy to help provide temporary relief of sleep disturbances due to the symptoms of mild anxiety.
If you are allergic to valerian, are pregnant or breastfeeding or are under 18 you should not use this product. Do not take this product is you are already using a medicine for sleep or anxiety.
