Flaxseed Oil is a great source of Omega 3 fats and contains high levels of Alpha Linolenic Acid (ALA) and Linoleic Acid (LA) which contribute to the maintenance of normal blood cholesterol levels, these beneficial effects require an intake of 2g per day.

Natures Aid Flaxseed Oil provides 1000mg cold pressed flaxseed oil in a vegetarian soft gel capsule and contain 500mg of ALA and 170mg of LA. 

These delicate natural oils are cold pressed and never heat treated. Cold pressing ensures that none of the valuable components of the oil are destroyed during processing and is vital to maintain the integrity of these oils.

Directions

Take 1-6 capsules per day with food. Do not exceed the recommended intake.
