Start by placing 3 drops under the tongue 3 times per day. Hold for at least 2 minutes then swallow.

we are confident that when implementing our oils as a supplement to a daily routine, 3 drops 3 times a day is the perfect amount, although users are at will to adjust their dosage according to their needs.

When taken separately or combined with our other CBD oils (up to the maximum suggested dose of 14 drops a day), you can find the perfect bespoke blend for you.
