Amphora's specially blended PMT massage oil contains an array of essential oils that are renowned for helping ease some of the symptoms associated with the menstrual cycle. 

If nothing else, it is a lovely calmnig blend that may help reduce stress tension. Try massaging on the lower abdomen to help ease any muscular discomfort.

Directions

Pre-blended and ready to use. Simply pour the desired amount on the palm of the hand (or into a small dish) and gently massage over the abdomen or other effected areas.
