Add a few drops to a bowl of warm water and use in a steam inhalation when the sinuses are blocked - bring the head over the bowl and cover head with towel. Remain here for several minutes inhaling the steam.
Place a few drops on to a cotton pad and place under pillow before bed to help you get some rest if you are feeling bunged up. Add a few drops to a handkerchief and keep with you if your're suffering from a blocked nose or cold.
Add 2-3 drops to a warm bath to help ease sore muscles and refresh the senses.
Add 3-4 drops to a burner to enjoy its uplifting and refreshing fragrance.
