Chamomile Maroc Essential Oil is a wonderful oil to use at night and when feeling low in spirits; its naturally uplifting and yet relaxing scent is often regarded as being useful in promoting a good night's sleep.
You might also find it useful to help soothe irritated and inflamed skin and skin conditions such as eczema.
Traditionally it's been used as a muscle relaxant & skin conditioner.
It's chemically and olfactory different from German (Matricaria) and Roman Chamomile. Not to be confused with True Chamomile (Roman Or Matricaria).
Its a lovely option if you're looking for a gentler oil to use (it may be more suitable therefore for use with children and the elderly).

Add a few drops to a bath (you can use a spoon full of milk to help it disperse in the water) to help you wind down before bed. Enjoy its relaxing scent when vaporised to create a calming environment in the home - perfect for when you're settling the children down for bed. Dilute to a maximum of 1% with a carrier oil and enjoy a relaxing massage to help reduce stress levels. Dilute to a maximum of 1% in a skin lotion or cream to help calm irritated skin.
To diffuse in a traditional burner, simply fill dish with water and add a few drops of oil on top before lighting the candle. For electrical fragrancers, follow instructions given by the manual. For massage: dilute in a carrier oil and gently massage over the skin. Add a few drops to a handkerchief or inhale directly from the bottle if you are on the go. Dilute in distilled water and pour into spray bottle for an all-natural room fragrancer.
