A.Vogel Atrosan Devil's Claw is a traditional herbal medicine for rheumatic or muscular pain, backache, and general muscle and joint aches. These uses rely on its history of traditional use.
Pack of 30 film-coated tablets. Each tablet provides 480mg Devil's Claw root dry extract.
Directions: Adults aged 18 and over: take one tablet immediately after food, twice daily. Consult the leaflet before increasing the dose.
Warnings: Contains lactose and is not vegan. Do not use with stomach or duodenal ulcers, during pregnancy or breastfeeding, or if allergic to an ingredient. Ask your doctor about use with heart problems. Seek medical advice for worsening symptoms, swollen or red joints, fever, or no benefit after eight weeks. If dizziness or drowsiness occurs, do not drive.
Before use: Read the enclosed patient leaflet, including all contraindications, interactions and possible side effects. Follow the pack instructions and expiry date. Store medicines where children cannot see or access them.

One film-coated tablet contains 480 mg of extract (as dry extract) from Devil’s Claw root (Harpagophytum procumbens D.C. and/or H. zeyheri L. Decne.) (1.5-3.0:1). Extraction solvent: Ethanol 60% V/V.
Other ingredients found in Atrosan® Devil’s Claw tablets are lactose, maize starch, microcrystalline cellulose, precipitated silica, colloidal silica and magnesium stearate (vegetable source). The tablet coating contains talc, titanium dioxide, macrogol and hypromellose.

Use one tablet twice daily immediately after food.
The dose can be increased to two tablets twice daily if relief is not obtained after 3 to 5 days.
One bottle will give up to doses over 15 days, costing from around £0.56 GBP a day.
