100% Vegan Algal Oil (schizochytrium sp., rosemary extract, tocopherols, ascorbyl palmitate), MCT oil (coconut), natural orange oil, natural vitamin E (d-alpha tocopherol, sunflower oil).
What these ingredients do:
Algal oil: The omega-3 rich oil which is extracted from algae using a solvent-free process.
MCT oil: An oil derived from coconut containing healthy Medium Chain Triglycerides (MCT) fats.
Ascorbyl palmitate & D-alpha tocopherol: Forms of vitamins C and E, which acts as antioxidants to protect the fatty acids, keep the oil fresh and stop it from going rancid.

Shake well. Use a teaspoon (tsp) to measure recommended amount (see below). Consume straight away and take after a meal.
Age 6-10: 2.5 ml (ó tsp) daily
Age 11-17: 5 ml (1 tsp) daily
Age 18+: 5 ml (1 tsp) daily
Ensure the bottle is securely closed. Once opened, consume within 2 months. Avoid contact between the oil and food/water, which can cause the oil to spoil. Don’t exceed the recommended daily intake without consulting with a healthcare professional.
One bottle will give up to doses over 30 days, costing from around £0.76 GBP a day.

Storage
Before opening, store at room temperature in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Once opened, refrigerate and use within 2 months. Do not use if seal is broken. Keep out of reach of young children.
