Turkey Tail Mushroom Powder can be blended with a superfood smoothie, encapsulated, or taken simply with hot water. It can be blended with other mushroom powders and added to soups, stews and used to make a super healthy vegetable stock. It can be mixed with Organic or Raw Cacao Powder to make a delicious and nutritious mushroom hot chocolate drink.
Serving:
Suggested dosage range is 1-2g per day. It is recommended that the powder is added to a large glass of hot water (300ml) as taking the powder with hot water increases its effectiveness.
1 teaspoon equals 2 grams (1 tsp = 2g)
One bottle will give up to 100 doses over 100 days, costing from around £0.20 GBP a day.
