Servings

This Cleavers Leaf Tea can be made into a herbal tea by infusing the herb in boiling water. Use 1 cup of boiling water per person. Let the tea brew for 5 - 15 minutes.

Serving:
2-3 grams per cup of boiling hot water per person, up to 3 times a day.
1 teaspoon equals 1 gram (1 tsp = 1g)
