  • 46.4g of natural protein per 100g
  • Additional nutrients
  • East to digest
  • Chemical free

There is a huge 46.4g of natural protein per 100g, in addition to a vast range of vitamins, minerals, antioxidants and phyto nutrients. As a result, this blend may show more of an effect than simply a hemp protein alone.

This unique blend contains the full profile of essential amino acids, while also being rich in omega oils 3, 6 and 9 and fibre, which is can aid a healthy colon and stable blood sugar levels.

The hemp protein powder is easily digestible and does not cause bloating or wind, which many people experience with dairy based protein powders.

This hemp protein powder contains no toxic chemicals, and is extracted using only water, pressure and then flocculation, which guarantees a quality plant based protein.

  • Vegan

Ingredients

Hemp protein (90%), Acai berry, acerola cherry P.E. (25% Vitamin C), alfalfa, beetroot, blackcurrant extract, celery seed, also chlorella, cinnamon, dandelion leaf extract, fenugreek, green tea extract, montmorency cherry, parsley piert, spinach and finally spirulina.

Directions

It’s really down to how you prefer, however some ideas can include added to a fruit smoothie, or maybe mixed with a nut milk such as almond or hazelnut.

One bottle will give up to doses over 60 days, costing from around £0.50 GBP a day.

Additional Information

It is recommended that an adult should consume 0.8g of protein per 1kg of bodyweight on a daily basis.

That figure increases to 1.5- 2g per kg for if you work out often, and if you would like to build muscle, you should consider 2.5g per kg of bodyweight.

However, always keep in mind that a protein supplement is exactly that- a supplement! First priority should be given to a quality food source when possible.
