Fennel Essential Oil is probably most known for its often chosen to help ease digestive problems when used with a Carrier Oil.

It may also be useful in blends to help oily skin and is often a popular choice for anti-cellulite blends. Its refreshing properties may make it beneficial to congested and oily skin.

Be sure to use sparingly and always dilute to at maximum of 1% before using on the skin.

When vaporised, its thought to help promote feelings of courage and strength.

Foeniculum vulgare Oil

Directions

Dilute to a maximum of 1% with a carrier oil and use in massage to refresh and revive - also useful to massage over the abdomen if experiencing digestive related discomforts. Dilute to 1% in a base cream or lotion and apply to the skin to help balance oily or greasy skin. Diffuse 2-3 drops to help stimulate the brain and boost feelings of courage.

Additional Information

You may find that Fennel blends particularly well with Lavender, Geranium, Sandalwood, Rose, Bergamot, Black Pepper, Pine and the Citrus Oils.
