Stinging Nettle has traditionally been used for the following :
- Arthritis and rheumatic conditions
- Gout
- Prickly heat

Nettles are high in vitamin c, iron, calcium and silica. It has a diuretic action, attributed to its flavanoid content. These increase the exertion of a number of waste substances from the body particularly acidic metabolites eg uric acid.

Adults:
20 drops twice daily in a little water.
Children (2-12 years):
1 drop per year of age twice daily in a little water.
